How do I reschedule?

You can change your booking from your Scrubbydo account, or call us on 07913 976 537 or email hello@scrubbydo.co.uk. Please give us at least [24 hours’] notice so we can move your clean to a time that suits you without any charge.

Do you provide the cleaning equipment and detergents?

Yes, we bring all professional equipment and products for every service, including End of Tenancy, Carpet and Upholstery, Commercial, Airbnb, HMO, After Builders and Domestic cleaning. If you’d rather we use your own products, just let us know when you book.

Do you cover my Area?

We cover London, Essex and Kent. If you’re not sure whether we reach your postcode, call us on 07913 976 537 or email hello@scrubbydo.co.uk and we’ll confirm quickly. Larger or regular jobs just outside these areas may also be possible, so it’s always worth asking.

Are there any deposits?

No, we don’t take deposits. We work on trust, so you only pay once the job is completed to your satisfaction. We want you to feel confident booking with us, and we’re happy to answer any questions before you book.

Is there a quality guarantee?

All our services are backed by a quality guarantee of 48 hours. In other words, in case you are unhappy with the job done, you can request re-clean within two days.
